The short version
This website uses no cookies and no advertising, and doesn't follow you from site to site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't identify you. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the email list form. Our apps run in your browser and upload nothing to us.
This website
Nothing on audiblegoods.com sets a cookie or stores anything in your browser. There are no advertising or social media scripts, and every file, fonts included, comes from this site.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and the details of each request, such as the page asked for, your browser and the time, so it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. We don't use that to identify you or follow you around.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. A small script from Cloudflare reports which page you viewed, the site that sent you, your browser, device type and country, and how quickly the page loaded. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and doesn't identify you or follow you from site to site. We see only totals.
The links to YouTube and Instagram are ordinary links. Once you open one of those links, that site's privacy policy applies.
The email list
If you join, we keep your email address and, if you give them, your first and last name. We use them only to send you new product information, community updates and the like. We don't sell them, share them for advertising, or sign you up for anything else.
The list is kept by Resend, an email service based in the United States, which stores your details and sends the emails for us.
Joining is your choice, and your consent is what lets us hold your details. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time. We keep them until you do one or the other.
Polychrome, Saturn and Drift
The apps run in your browser. Polychrome and Drift use your microphone only while they are listening (after you've allowed microphone access), analyse the sound on your device there and then, and keep no recording of it.
Saturn and Drift save your work and your product key in your browser's storage. Polychrome stores nothing at all. None of it is sent to us.
Refer to each app's terms of use for more details.
Emailing us
If you write to us, we keep your message and your address so we can reply, and for as long as the conversation needs them.
Children
Our site and apps are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has joined the email list, tell us and we will remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the UK or the EU and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can raise a complaint with your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects the email list, we will notify everyone on the list before it takes effect.
